We are seeking a hands-on, dedicated Store Manager to lead and grow our team.

Job Summary: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth business operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality.

This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to work long hours in a retail and food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and sales.Hire, train, and supervise bakery staff to ensure excellent performance and adherence to brand standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.Monitor product quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.Manage inventory and supply orders to minimize waste and prevent shortages.Drive sales performance by analyzing KPIs, setting targets, and executing store-level promotions.Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and urgency.Collaborate with corporate leadership for reporting, product rollouts, and marketing initiatives.Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or food service management (bakery or QSR preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work 55+ hours per week in a physically active role.Proficient in inventory systems, POS, and basic computer applications.Bilingual in English and an Asian language (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc) is a plus.
