Project Coordinator US Solar is hiring a Project Coordinator to assist the Operations team in administering the construction and operation of our solar projects.

This role will support project management and construction management staff and reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Operations team by maintaining meeting minutes, file audits, assembly of photo logs, review and administration of quality control documentsProcurement activities including RFPs, shipping coordination, Bills of Lading, and other critical documentsAdministration of contracts and purchase orders with support of Project ManagerUtility coordination and easement administrationInvoice processing and lien waiver managementAdministration of finance counterparty interactions including meeting minutes, due diligence, and external data roomsCreation and maintenance of contractor tools and templatesUpdate and management of company CRM and internal data roomsCreation of reports and schedules to support decision makingLandowner engagement including construction notices, pre seeding discussions, and drawing updatesOffice management functions Core ProficienciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and driven to exceed expectationsAble to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with excellent organizationCompletes work in a timely and professional mannerEffective working individually as well as with a teamAble to react quickly and problem-solve in quickly-changing environmentProficient in working with both internal and external stakeholders RequirementsBachelor’s or Associates degree in Construction Management, or Engineering fieldExperience in a similar role or utilizing similar core proficiencies is preferred but not required.Solar PV experience and knowledge preferred but not required.Strong analytical skills with knowledge of project managementProficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
