️ Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and schedule the maintenance team

Oversee unit turns and ensure all work orders are completed on time

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues

Coordinate large-scale community projects and inspections

Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies

Assist with exterior and interior painting, drywall repair, and general upkeep

Maintain curb appeal through groundskeeping, pressure washing, and trash pickup

What We’re Looking For:

EPA Universal and HVAC certification – REQUIRED

CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license – Preferred

2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or facilities management

Proven experience supervising a team or leading projects

Solid skills in troubleshooting appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Basic hand tools required; power tools are a plus

Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

A customer-service mindset and ability to work well with residents, staff, and vendors
