We're looking for a Printing Operator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional results every day. What You will Do:

Support production goals, including quality output and 24-hour turnaround targets

Execute media match tests, F.P.C. checks, and in-process quality control

Help streamline printing workflows and improve related processes

Manage print-related inventory as needed

Perform routine printer maintenance, including changing printheads and cleaning encoder strips

Replace ink supplies and run OPQs (Optimize Print Quality modules) between roll changes

Ensure smooth handoff and readiness for the next shift

Keep your work area clean and organized while following OSHA safety regulations

Preferred Background:

Experience in a production or print environment preferred

Knowledge of RIP software (training provided on in-house systems)

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW for sizing and color correction

Basic to mid understanding of written and spoken English (used in manuals and support communications)

Strong sense of ownership—each shift counts. Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical
