What you’ll be doing:
Support the collation of the Air Manufacturing 5 year IBP training requirements via functional stakeholders
Support with the collation and maintenance of a yearly Air Manufacturing Training Plan in Excel
Arrange and book training with Shared Services via Service Now as per the Training Plan aiming to achieve maximum course utilisation
Support with activities within SuccessFactors and related processes to help expedite the Manufacturing Training Plan such as approvals, training assignment, training record update requests
Run various SuccessFactors learning reports in line with weekly schedule and support with data analysis using excel tools such as V-Lookups and pivot tables
Manage the storage of training documentation in accordance with relevant policies and standards ie Responsible document management and General Data Protection Regulation
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Advanced Excel Skills and proficient IT skills across the Microsoft suite. Creating, updating and consolidating PowerPoint and Word Documents, alongside working with spreadsheets and excel docs
Organisational skills with the ability to manage heavy workload and challenges whilst working flexibly and proactively
Understanding of Company and Customer processes and procedures.
The ability to manage effective relationships at all levels and to work effectively as a team member
Desirable:
Knowledge and understanding of the Training Planning process
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning reports.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Principles and Project Management knowledge and skills

The Manufacturing Training Governance Team:
The Manufacturing Training Governance Team is a small, focused group of three dedicated professionals working closely with manufacturing team leaders, managers, and Shared Services. They oversee the development, collation, and timely delivery of training plans, ensuring compliance with governance standards and that training refreshers are completed on schedule. The team supports continuous progression and development across the wider manufacturing organisation.
