William Charles Electric, a MasTec Company, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with expertise in Bridges & Structures.
Your experience managing diverse bridge and highway structure projects is crucial for this role.
Location: This is an onsite position based out of our Clinton, IN or Indianapolis, IN office.

Responsibilities:
Manage field operations and contract administration, including safety measures, personnel, subcontract scheduling, and equipment procurement.
Develop and implement safety plans for field operations.
Oversee contract management, identifying potential changes and managing scope modifications.
Create and manage project budgets effectively.
Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors, proactively addressing risks and cost overruns.
Plan equipment types, personnel skill sets, and project schedules.
Ensure accurate cost accounting, schedule updates, and communication logs.
Prepare monthly projections for cost completion.
Manage impacts on contract value due to various factors such as weather and change orders.
Submit weekly reports on completed quantities and budget changes.
Reconcile change orders and maintain an updated log.
Track committed costs from purchase orders accurately.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in heavy civil and bridge construction.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative management approach.
OSHA 30 Hour certification required.
