JOB SUMMARY

WE ARE LOOKING FOR ARCHITECTURAL TALENT.

The Senior Job Captain shall be responsible and accountable for successfully coordinating and producing construction drawings and coordinating permits to meet the client's project objectives and responsible for meeting the quality objectives of PM Design Group,

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for the preparation of Construction Documents in REVIT.

Conduct site visits, including as-built, accessibility, and construction administration.

Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Must be efficiency and deadline driven.

Review all architectural and consultant plans for efficiencies, details, and quality control.

Assist with due diligence reports

Provide construction drawings that meet or exceed minimum project quality and standards as outlined by QA/QC team to reduce or remove risk issues.

Check to ensure documents meet or exceed client objectives.

Pursue knowledge development and improvement by seeking continuing education opportunities in both technical and managerial subjects relating to the functions of the company or position.

Qualifications:

An architectural degree is highly desirable. Equivalent architecture experience is acceptable

5+ years of Revit experience. Must be Revit proficient

Experience with commercial retail and Restaurant, tenant improvement projects is required.

Proficient in all MicroSoft applications.
