Strategic Business Development Manager

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Preferred: Southeast U.S.)

Type: Full-Time Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission

As we expand across key markets, we’re looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager to join our elite team. This is a client-facing, quota-carrying role focused on net new logo acquisition. You’ll be backed by a skilled team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who manage top-of-funnel prospecting—your focus is closing high-value opportunities and developing lasting client relationships throughout your assigned region.

What You’ll Do

Lead the full-cycle sales process, from qualified lead to signed agreement

Actively engage with prospective clients across the region, maintaining a consistent schedule of virtual and in-person meetings

Convert BDR-generated pipeline into strategic, long-term clients

Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders

Navigate complex enterprise and public sector sales cycles

Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategy with product roadmap and customer onboarding

Be the face of a company that’s redefining what’s possible in SaaS

You Bring

6–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling cloud-based solutions

Proven record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas

Deep understanding of subscription-based revenue models and metrics: ARR, MRR, TCV, ACV

Experience converting self-sourced or BDR-sourced leads into closed business

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a field sales role with frequent client touchpoints across a regional territory

An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help disrupt an entire industry

Preferred

Background in B2G sales (state, local government, or justice/public safety verticals)

Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
