What You’ll Do:

Oversee all aspects of store operations and team leadership

Drive sales and achieve budget goals

Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

Ensure an exceptional customer experience

Uphold safety standards and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of experience in a Retail Store General Manager or supervisory role (retail, hospitality, or similar)

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
