Driver & Dispatcher

Job Description

$30/hour – Full-Time

We’re looking for a reliable, sharp, and fast-moving individual who can wear two hats: one as a pickup driver and the other as a dispatcher/admin support. You'll be both on the road collecting diabetic supplies from local sellers and coordinating incoming calls and dispatches from our system when you're off the road.

This is a well-paid, full-time position for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and hungry to work.

What You’ll Do:

Driver Duties (Fieldwork):

Drive to local sellers to pick up diabetic supplies

Negotiate prices in person (we’ll train you)

Inspect products and verify they match the agreed terms

Be respectful, fast, and professional at every stop

Communicate with the team and follow instructions precisely

Dispatcher/Admin Duties (Phone + Desk Work):

Answer inbound calls from sellers

Collect order details and input them into ZippyKind

Dispatch pickups to drivers (including yourself)

Stay organized and multitask under pressure

Keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes

Requirements:

A dependable vehicle + valid driver’s license

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to follow directions and communicate updates in real-time

Tech-comfortable (you’ll use ZippyKind and phone systems)

Full-time availability — this is not a side hustle

Serious attitude about showing up, staying sharp, and being dependable

Clean, professional appearance

Experience in admin, dispatch, or delivery is a plus but not required

Pay:

$30/hour
