Orientation twice monthly at Duke Lifepoint Hospital with 355 beds.

Home to Frye Regional Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU.

Facility includes 32 bed ED, 29 bed inpatient rehab, 15 bed surgical suite & imaging.

Frye South Campus has an 81 bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital.

Position is for RN in Telemetry unit with specialty in Cardiac care.

Number of openings: 2.

Shift: PM/AM with 36 weekly guaranteed hours.

Weekend hours every other weekend.

No call requirements.

May occasionally float to IMCU, NPCU and/or Surgical units.

Unit has 24 beds with patient ratios of 4:1.

Equipment includes Life Paks, Zoll, Masimo, Cerner EHR.

Patient population includes generalized cardiac patients from young adult to elderly adult.

Common diagnoses/treatments include Chest Pain, A-fib, CHF, pre & post care for cardiac caths (groin & radial), VATS.

Preferred skillset includes Cerner experience.

Personality fit: family oriented unit.

Required education: Associates degree.

Scrub color is flexible with no unacceptable attire specified. Job Requirements
