Job Description
We are seeking another Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! Crane Alarm has just acquired another company and due to the growth we need another full time scheduler! This crucial team member will schedule work orders with current and new customers as well as order parts for the work orders.
Responsibilities:
Maintain an efficient day-to-day workflow for your respective Technician Calendars
Coordinate all necessary equipment for your Technician's Jobs according to their Work Orders
Collaborate within Crane Alarm Service to determine work order status
Review and work order status to the customer and our Billing Department
Process Technician Paperwork
Serve as the point of contact between our customers and our Technicians
Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling, planning, coordinating, or other related fields
Project management skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in teams
