Position Details

Position Title: Director of Nursing

Location: Duplain, MI

Experience: Skilled Nursing experience preferred

Licenses: RN required

Compensation: $100,000 and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with realistic performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Michigan

Prior DON experience or strong ADON ready to step up

Demonstrated success in clinical team leadership

Solid understanding of compliance and clinical systems

Calm presence with the ability to rebuild team trust and accountability

Responsibilities

Provide stable, consistent clinical leadership across the building

Lead and support unit managers and newer nurse leaders

Collaborate with strong MDS nurse to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy

Reinforce expectations, accountability, and nurse engagement

Serve as clinical face of the building with staff, families, and referral sources
