We’re hiring a Logistics Lead to help coordinate and support the flow of materials across our Columbus facility. This role is based directly on the production floor and plays a key part in making sure all logistics activities, such as shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling, run efficiently to support the daily needs of our production teams.
You’ll support the Logistics Supervisor in coordinating daily logistics tasks and ensuring materials are delivered to the right department at the right time to keep operations running smoothly.

What You will Do:
Support the Logistics Supervisor in managing daily logistics operations
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely processing
Help assign tasks to logistics staff and follow up on completion and accuracy
Track and organize inventory levels; assist with cycle counts and audits
Ensure smooth material flow to and from production, packaging, and shipping areas
Operate forklifts or material-handling equipment as needed
Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
Maintain clear communication with production and operations teams
Support process improvements related to efficiency, space, and throughput
Preferred Background:
2-3 years of logistics or warehouse experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
Previous experience in a lead, coordinator, or point-person role preferred
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and shipping software
Forklift certification
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Reliability, accountability, and a hands-on attitude
