We're Hiring: CNC Machinist / Grinder Location: Columbia, SC Schedule: 4-day week First Shift

What You’ll Do

Program, set up, and operate Studer CNC ID/OD grinders and Sunnen hones

Use CAM software to follow established programming methods

Inspect parts using micrometers, comparators, and other standard tools

Work within a defined production system with direction from supervisors

Follow clear instructions and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality

Support Lean initiatives and ISO quality standards

Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment

What You Bring

5+ years CNC programming experience (vertical/horizontal mills or ID/OD grinding)

5+ years lathe experience

Familiarity with CAM programming

Experience working in team-based production environments

Strong shop math and metric reading skills

Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards with consistency and care

Familiarity with Lean and ISO practices

Dependable, consistent approach to assigned tasks
