Pouch Machine Operator

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Shift: 1st Shift Monday–Friday 5:00am – 3:00pm

Pay: $28–$30/hour (based on experience)

Type: Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring an experienced Pouch Machine Operator to join a growing small business in Oshkosh. In this role, you'll run machines that produce food-grade plastic pouches, ensuring quality and consistency from start to finish.What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor pouch-making equipment

Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic maintenance

Measure, count, and inspect pouches to meet quality standards

Handle materials, including lifting and moving rolls of plastic

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Stand, bend, and squat throughout your shiftWhat We’re Looking For:

Prior experience running pouch-making machines (required)

Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Reliability and a willingness to be part of a growing team
