Streamline HR workflows (onboarding, corrective action, offboarding, employee documentation)

Reduce back-office inefficiencies through LLM-powered SharePoint/Power Automate integration

Develop AI-enhanced tools to support:

Internal red team simulations

OSINT collection using platforms like SpiderFoot, Maltego, Sherlock, and Recon-ng

Build and manage a library of prompt templates, agent flows, benchmarks, and QA processes

Maintain alignment with federal AI governance, security standards, and auditing protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, English, Technical Writing, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, operational, or regulatory role focused on documentation, automation, or compliance

Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

Exceptional writing, structured logic, and critical thinking skills

Familiarity with federal security operations, proposal development, or compliance documentation in a government contracting context

US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience supporting government contracts, particularly under the Service Contract Act (SCA) or in protective services

Familiarity with:

NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)

FAR/DFARS proposal requirements

Federal solicitation processes

Experience with:

Python, Power Automate, or low-code platforms for AI integration
