Ready for an opportunity that offers incredible work-life balance? PRT-Staffing is seeking a highly skilled, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician for our client, a leader in the flexible packaging industry, at their state-of-the-art facility in Gainesville, GA.

This is a critical, hands-on role for a true "jack-of-all-trades" technician who can troubleshoot and repair complex production machinery. If you are an expert in industrial electrical and mechanical systems and want to work for a stable, growing company, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair complex production machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on high-speed packaging equipment such as printing presses, laminators, and slitters to ensure maximum uptime.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints to diagnose and fix issues.

Utilize your knowledge of PLCs for troubleshooting and diagnostics on automated equipment.

Perform welding, machining, and fabrication to create and repair parts as needed.

Maintain the facility and support systems, including HVAC and other infrastructure.

Document all maintenance work and adhere to all plant safety standards (LOTO).

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.

Strong, hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

The ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics is required.

Experience troubleshooting equipment that uses PLCs is highly preferred.

Welding and fabrication skills are a major plus.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to safety.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
