Description:

The Lunch Duty Supervisor plays an essential role in supporting a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment. This position supervises students during lunchtime, promotes positive behavior, facilitates student interactions and problem solving, and ensures student safety across the playground, lunch area, and other common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor student behavior to ensure safety and respectful conduct.

Intervene and report conflicts or unsafe behavior appropriately.

Encourage inclusive play and support students in resolving minor conflicts.

Communicate any incidents or concerns to the administration and/or teaching staff.

Assist with cleaning or organizing lunch/recess areas as needed.

Qualifications:

Enjoy working with children in a school setting.

Ability to remain calm, observant, and proactive.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
