Your mission:

In this role, you provide strategic support to Operations Development & Business Transformation and Operations department, managing ATM-related changes using both waterfall and agile (SAFe), methodologies, to deliver functional enhancements and innovative solutions within a complex, international, and highly regulated environment. You also oversee the development and upkeep of national ATM procedures for civil and military units, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Your tasks:

Manage assigned changes ensuring compliance with the skyguide process landscape, and correct coordination of issues with all affected stakeholders

Manage the development and maintenance of procedures at the national level for all ATM requests and the implementation and compliance to ICAO/SERA and FOCA requirements.

Management, supervision and control of the development and production of Skyguide Operational Regulatory Framework.

Provide coaching and mentoring for the other OPS Specialists at junior and professional levels

Lead or participate in internal, external working groups and represent skyguide at national and international levels

Maintain and continually improve knowledge related to the OPS Specialist domain to ensure ongoing best practice support for skyguide

What we are looking for:

Several years' experience in the ANS industry with dedicated knowledge of air traffic management operations, airline operations or airport operations; or several years' experience in engineering, business development or stakeholder management, within ANS or Aviation Business

Excellent English and French or German skills
