Job Summary:

The Specialty Foods Manager plays a key role in driving the success of our grocery department. This position involves leading a dynamic team, ensuring outstanding merchandising, maintaining store conditions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Curate a high-quality department offering exceptional customer experiences

Lead a knowledgeable team dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering customer loyalty

Ensure all products meet stringent quality and freshness standards

Create engaging merchandising displays and planograms to captivate customers

Promote a culture of food expertise among the staff

Mentor team members to enhance customer experiences through informed product recommendations

Effectively manage inventory to ensure product availability
