Job Description:
One of our contractor partners is seeking a proven Commercial Flooring Project Manager to join their team. This role has strong upward mobility and offers the chance to manage multimillion-dollar commercial flooring projects across healthcare, education, and large-scale tenant improvement sectors.

Flooring Project Manager Qualifications:
3+ years of flooring project management experience (commercial interior projects preferred)
Skilled at managing schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractors
Proficient in reading blueprints and specs for tile, LVT, carpet, epoxy, hardwood, and other flooring systems
Familiar with project tracking tools and digital takeoff software (e.g., RFMS, PlanSwift, or similar)
Excellent communication and leadership skills for client, vendor, and crew coordination
Bonus: Prior hands-on flooring or estimating experience
