As a Marketing Database Coordinator at Miami Valley Gaming, you will play a pivotal role in executing and maintaining robust gaming player database strategies. Your primary responsibility involves ensuring the security, integrity, and precision of our database, specifically as it relates to player reinvestment activities. You'll utilize the Casino Management System and other applications to create impactful player reinvestment campaigns, adhering to departmental standards while maintaining confidentiality of privileged information. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to extract lists of active and inactive players, track segments monthly, and efficiently manage database records. You'll produce accurate listings for campaigns, monitor response rates, and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for marketing programs.

Additionally, you'll manage customer inquiries related to direct marketing initiatives, making this a key position within our energetic and customer-focused team. To thrive as a Full Time Marketing Database Coordinator at Miami Valley Gaming, you'll need a solid foundation in marketing principles, ideally backed by an Associate’s degree in a related field. Prior direct mail marketing experience is preferred, along with a background in the exciting world of casino gaming. Familiarity with Bally’s Casino Management System is essential, as you will leverage this tool to create and execute player reinvestment campaigns.

Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is critical for data management and reporting tasks. Additionally, a strong analytical mindset will enable you to track player segments and measure campaign effectiveness. Your ability to swiftly learn new software applications used by our company will keep you adaptable in our fast-paced environment.

An energetic approach combined with a customer-focused attitude will be vital for success in this dynamic role, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to our players.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Associate’s degree in marketing or related field.

Prior direct mail marketing experience preferred.

Casino gaming background or experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Bally’s Casino Management System

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
