We're a global leader in roof windows and skylights, and we’ve recently launched our Online Sales Organization to better serve our customers across webshops and marketplaces. Now, we’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and growing team!
What you’ll do
You'll support our customers in Germany and Austria, helping them before and after purchase – by phone, email, and chat. You’ll handle sales inquiries, solve issues related to delivery, installation, or returns, and proactively support our installer partners to strengthen relationships and boost sales.
Your main responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and sales leads via phone, email & chat
Follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales
Support installer partners with account management
Handle order processing and issues on marketplaces (like Amazon & eBay)
Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to keep service levels high
Contribute to customer service tools and improvement projects
What we’re looking for
Fluent German and good English
Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong communication and customer focus
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience in sales, customer support, or order management is a plus
Familiarity with DIY/home improvement is a bonus
