Are you a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering impactful solutions? Join our Information Technology team where your code will support business-critical applications used across the organization. From desktop solutions to modern web applications, you’ll shape the technology that drives operational success.

We’re looking for a developer with strong experience across the Microsoft stack: ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, C#, and SQL, and a passion for crafting clean, efficient, and scalable software. If you bring creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain both web-based and desktop applications using ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, and C#

Build efficient, reliable SQL queries and stored procedures; maintain and optimize relational database structures

Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions

Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment

Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the full stack

Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and help define software architecture

Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of experience in full stack development

Expert-level skills in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and WPF

Strong command of SQL, including database design and performance tuning

Understanding of OOP and software design principles

Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Proficiency with version control tools like Git or Azure DevOps

Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM tools preferred

Familiarity with RESTful API development a plus

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus

:with ICE Mortgage Technology platforms preferred

Background in or familiarity with the mortgage law industry a plus
