Job Description

*Position**: Probate Paralegal

**Location**: Delray Beach, FL (5 days onsite)

**Pay**: Up to $70,000/year or $35/hr

**Flexibility**: Choose between 30–50 hours/week based on your availability

Are you experienced in probate, wills and estate law? Want a team where you can choose your weekly hours and contribute to meaningful client work (and the occasional philanthropic task)? We’re looking for a capable, detail-oriented Probate Paralegal ready to grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare probate filings, estate docs, deeds, and affidavits

- Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions

- Manage timelines and maintain accurate records

- Support the firm owner on occasional nonprofit tasks

**What You’ll Need**:

- 3+ years in probate and estate planning at a law firm or legal department

- Paralegal Certificate required (AA or BA preferred)

- Experience with case management tools like Clio or MyCase, WealthCounsel, etc)

- Working onsite 5 days/week
