We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our Paint Department. This position plays a vital role in the production process, ensuring high-quality paint products are made efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, mix, and prepare paint batches according to formulas

Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively

Monitor quality and consistency of paint production

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and environmental proceduresRequirements:

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Willingness to work as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
