About Us
Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. Our multidisciplinary teams include Board-Certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers/Licensed Professional Counselors/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. We focus on continuity of carenot triageensuring our patients receive comprehensive, and compassionate services to achieve their best quality of life.
What Youll Do
Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments
to set/manage treatment plans
Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions
Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPCs behavioral health team
Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system

Qualifications
Licensed NP or PA in the state of Oklahoma
Psychiatric/mental health experience required
Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred
Spanish bilingual is a plus
Must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable traveling locally
