\nOptimize employee engagement through positive leadership.\nAll other relevant duties related to the job of a supervisor.\n\n2+ year leadership and/or supervisory experience required.\nBachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or other related field of study preferred.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nProficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.\nGeneral knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.\nSound work ethic, honesty and moral character.\n
