Production Machine Operator

Location: Stead, NV Temp to Hire-This company has a Pension Plan

Pay: $24.29/hr (Day Shift) $26.20/hr (Night Shift)

Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (6 AM - 6 PM, 6 PM - 6 AM)

Schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

Rotation: 1 month on day shift, 1 month on night shift, rotating per month (must work both shifts)

We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator with INJECTION MOLDING EXPERINCE to join our dynamic team in Stead. If you have a passion for precision and quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform calibration (QC) functions on processing equipment.

Utilize basic math and data entry skills.

Operate basic hand and power tools.

Measure pipe and verify that dimensional tolerances meet acceptable criteria.

Prepare products for shipping according to various packaging requirements.

Assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Experience Required:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Experience with calibrations and machine adjustments

Knowledge of basic hand and power tool use

Measuring and basic math skills

Must possess a valid driver's license.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Clean background and ability to pass a full drug screen (not THC friendly).

Must be fluent in English.
