Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team working on a new build data center in New Albany, OH. This role involves working with 4-12 inch carbon steel pipes and 6 inch stainless steel pipes, offering competitive pay and daily allowances for travelers.
Responsibilities
Consult blueprints, work orders, or instructions to determine layouts and connections.
Weld, cut, bend, thread, solder, and fit pipes.
Attach pipes and piping systems to walls using brackets, bracket systems, or clamps.
Inspect pipes, testing for pressure and leaks; report and resolve problems.
Bolt pipes and hang hangers.Essential Skills
5+ years of fitting experience.
OSHA 10 certification or higher.
Scissor Lift Certification & Fall Protection Certification.
Harness & retractable.
Type 2 hard hat.
Proficiency in welding, plumbing, and pipe welding.
Ability to read blueprints.
Own hand tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with construction and piping systems.

Work Environment
Work at Riverside Hospital in Central Columbus, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. The job involves working in a new build data center with a focus on safety and adherence to certifications.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
