Fullstack Developer

JOB DETAILS: Role Overview We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our tech team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and curious individual eager to grow in both frontend and backend development within a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities Building, testing, and maintaining Dafric’s logistics platforms and internal tools Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improve existing ones Write clean, maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems Assist in, reviewing, debugging, troubleshooting, and documenting issues Participate in team discussions and sprint reviews Contribute to UI/UX improvement based on user feedback Preferred Tech Stack Frontend: Vue.js, HTML, Tailwind, CSS, JavaScript Backend: Laravel, REST/GraphQL APIs, Database: MySQL Tools: Git, Docker, Git Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms, mobile-first design Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development in relevant stacks Strong understanding of web fundamentals and modern development frameworks Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively Excellent communicator who can work with minimal supervision Self-driven, curious, and open to learning in a fast-moving environment Preferred: A Ugandan citizen What You’ll Gain Real-world experience working on impactful logistics tech Access to production environments and agile team practices
