Minimum Qualification : Certificate Experience Level : Entry level Experience Length : 1 year Job Description/Requirements Location: Industry: Health Sector Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries appropriately Schedule and confirm patient appointments Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Assist with patient registration and check-in processes Handle billing, receipts, and assist in basic financial record keeping Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies Adhere to patient confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times Requirements: Female candidate preferred (due to sensitivity and cultural considerations in healthcare service delivery) Certificate or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field Knowledge or background in basic accounting/bookkeeping is an added advantage Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the health sector Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer service-oriented with a compassionate and patient-friendly approach Desired Attributes: High level of professionalism and integrity Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Team player with a positive attitude
