Position: GFEBS Analyst
Executive Review Incorporated (ERI) is looking for a qualified candidate to work in the Business Operations and Integration Division (BOID) in the Public Works Directorate on FT Benning, GA. Principal work requires qualification to operate in the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). GFEBS is a Chief Financial Officers Council certified commercial off the shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system designed to provide the Army and the Department of Defense relevant, reliable, and timely financial information across the full spectrum of its operations. The position is categorized as an entry level GFEBS Analyst. Candidates must become GFEBS qualified within 90 days. They will receive training and hands on assistance. GFEBS access will be used to research data, analyze, export data to excel, and configure reports for analysis and to provide Federal Personnel decision options. This analysis will support Real Property Recording, Infrastructure Reporting, Municipal Services Analysis, Budget, Programming, Execution, and process management.
The duties below pertain to overall performance of a GFEBS Analyst. While much of the work revolves around automated/computer operations there will also be “hard copy” work required for paper files and in the field inspections. Training will be provided for all tasks required. The following minimum skills are needed:
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel functions
Access experience a plus, but not required
Capable of becoming qualified on the US Army GFEBS database
Capable of manipulating data with GFEBS Software and with Excel
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
High School diploma or equivalent
Capable of lifting 30 pounds
Capable of filing documents physically and electronically
Energetic and proactive
Willing to work 40 hours per week in an office setting and in the field outdoors
Ability to learn and use new software quickly
Successfully pass a background/security check
Have internet connectivity from home
Be a US citizen able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
Assist in the conduct of facility inspections and data recording throughout Fort Benning
