Help Desk Support Specialist – Contract Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking to break into the IT field? We're seeking a Service Desk Agent with 6 months to 2 years of experience — internships count!

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree (recent grads welcome!)

Internship or relevant experience in IT/customer support

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred:

• College Degree

• Previous contact center experience

Responsibilities:

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware/peripherals

Handle incoming phone calls regarding customer service inquiries

Provide accurate, efficient support and meet performance metrics

Troubleshoot concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
