Partner with the best

The Scheduling and Competency Specialist ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements, personnel competence levels and personnel availability.

As a Scheduling and Competency Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Short, mid & long-term personnel & competency forecasting

Support SDC’s & Shop Foreman in strategic crew planning with assigned competencies.

Lead visas / work permits application process

Obtain and issue check-ins / correspond with client logistics

Being responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services related to technical training & competency for Wireline

Ensuring system competency & scheduling compliance

Managing rotation schedules according to client expectation and helicopter availability

Training Co-ordination

Coordinate all required docs for the 3rd party personnel travel to support the operation

Ensure maximum field personnel utilisation

Possible participation in hiring of contingent workforce and ensuring competency compliance.

Support SDC’s and Shop Foreman to track field holidays, absences, competencies and career progression

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Have a 7 years of field experience

Have experience in planning, scheduling, or related roles

Have proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives

Have strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Have in-depth knowledge of oilfield products and services

Demonstrate leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
