About the Role

Were looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of textile manufacturing equipment. Your technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems will help support the reliability and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on textile machinery, including CCS Garne, Masias, Hayes Blow, and other pillow manufacturing equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using technical manuals, schematics, and measuring instruments.

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Maintain accurate records in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Monitor plant air supply systems and maintain industrial A/C and D/C motors and controls.

Operate and maintain shop equipment (lathes, grinders, milling machines, welding tools, etc.).

Follow all safety regulations and report hazards or incidents promptly.

Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement and uptime.

What Were Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role within a textile or industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems specific to textile manufacturing.

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams with ease.

Familiarity with PLC systems a plus.

Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Team player with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Education & Certification

High School Diploma or GED required.

Technical/vocational training in maintenance-related fields is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.

Capable of bending, turning, climbing stairs, and working on lifts up to 20 ft.

Comfortable working in high heat and noisy environments.

Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours).
