Salary: $12/hr
InfoWest is looking to fill afull-timeposition in our Cedar City office.
Duties will include: Customer service & billing.
The person we will hire for this job would need to be CUSTOMER CARE ORIENTED and an excellent SELF STARTER .

Job responsibilities include:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat/text and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
Enter customer account information, notes, and appointment information into our customer billing and support software applications.
Handle various administrative tasks, including billing inquiries, weekly deposits and general reception duties, as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needs.
Other duties as assigned to support the customer service team's objectives.
Job requirements are:
Requirements include having a caring attitude towards customer needs and expectations, positive mental attitude, a willingness to learn our systems and express positive ways to improve our systems, have superb written and verbal communication, phone skills and the ability and willingness to handle customer objections or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Some Saturdays required. Saturdays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sundays.
Must have good computer skills including Internet, and Microsoft applications.
