Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate metal components.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.

Perform quality checks on welds to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist in the training of new welders as needed. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.

Proven experience as a MIG welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.

Welding certification is preferred but not required.
