Position Summary: As a Charter Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue by cultivating client relationships, generating new charter business, and managing trip coordination from inquiry to execution. You'll be the direct point of contact for both new and repeat clients, delivering a seamless, high-end experience aligned with Talon Air's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage new and existing client accounts to generate charter sales
Respond promptly to charter requests with accurate quotes and trip options
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Collaborate with flight operations and dispatch teams to confirm availability and trip feasibility
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fleet, availability, and industry trends
Proactively seek out new business opportunities via outbound calls, referrals, and networking
Qualifications:
Previous experience in private aviation, charter sales, or high-end travel sales strongly preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Must be able to work onsite at our Farmingdale office
