Developer With hands-on experience in Core Java, Microservices, Spring, and Spring Boot framework.

Must have experience in developing applications using Microservices design patterns.

Must have experience in Docker and containerizing Microservices apps.

Hands-on experience in AWS resources like S3, EC2, SNS, SQS, Postgres SQL, Step function, Cloudwatch, IAM, KMS, API Gateway, Lambda.

Experience in analyzing performance issues using tools like JMeter and identifying root causes to fix.

Experience in using GitLab for both build and deploy to provision applications in AWS or OpenStack cloud.

Experience with static code analyzers (SonarQube, Veracode, etc.) and able to resolve vulnerabilities reported.

Responsibilities: To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.

To participate or contribute on EN business in the creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.

To independently resolve tickets & ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.

To provide support for on-call escalations / L3 level support and manage incidents & problems.

Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
