SharePoint Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration and support business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows.

Implement user roles, permissions, and security protocols based on business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related technical issues and optimize performance.

Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience developing and maintaining solutions in SharePoint Online.

Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and administration.

Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Prior experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Microsoft 365 tools.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Certifications (if any)

[Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600: Building Applications and Solutions with Microsoft 365 Core Services) are a plus.]
