Overview:

An emerging ancillary healthcare group is seeking a hands-on, strategic VP of Operations to lead day-to-day operations and build the infrastructure for a mobile service delivery model. This is a ground-floor opportunity to design systems, coordinate logistics, and scale operations from early stage through multi-state growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement workflows for field-based healthcare service delivery.

Oversee scheduling, logistics, and backend processes to support providers in the field.

Hire and manage a care coordinator as initial support staff.

Collaborate with leadership to integrate EMR, CRM, and logistics platforms.

Ensure operational alignment with billing, insurance, and private pay structures.

Shape the operational strategy and drive execution across cross-functional areas.

Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years of operational leadership, ideally in healthcare or field services.

Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up.

Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

Fast learner, adaptable, and excited to grow with a fast-moving team.

Start-up or entrepreneurial experience a plus.
