Unit Clerk/Transportation Specialist (CNA Certification is )

Haralson Nursing and Rehab is looking for an energetic Unit Clerk to join our team! CNA Certification is required!

General Duties:

Filing and data entry

Typing reports & correspondence as required

Assisting with the admissions / discharge process

Relaying vital information to Nursing Staff & Medical Team

Maintain medical records as per protocol, assist with filing medical charts as required

Provide unit staff with need supplies and forms

Inventories unit/office supplies & performs all other related duties

Transporting Patients in a safe and professional manner

Complete pre-trip and post trip vehicle inspections to maintain it

must be able to operate GPS, 2 way radios and Cellphones

Requirements:

CNA Certification is required

Be pleasant with a great phone manner & strong computer skills

Have a great attitude and be a customer service focused individual

Be proficient and organized

Have the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment

Be knowledgeable in medical terminology

Must have high school diploma

Must have a Valid Georgia Drivers License
