Speech Language Pathologist ( SLP ) Location:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation
Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current SLP license and ASHA CCC certification in the state of Alabama
2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation
Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration
