We are currently seeking a SAP FICO Architect - Hybrid to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). SAP FICO Architect Looking for an SAP FICO Architect who can execute projects with excellent business process knowledge and experience in designing and implementing complex SAP FICO solutions in a global context.

Business Process knowledge : Strong understanding of accounting principles, functional reporting, and management accounting processes.

Project Management skills : Experience leading or participating in SAP implementation projects managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Problem-solving skills : Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing business requirements, new technologies, and industry standards.

SAP FICO consultant is primarily responsible for designing, building, and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions; leading analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO area, often in close cooperation with the client's finance team; conducting structured testing internally and with users; ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities of FICO Consultant include: Understanding the business requirements of the organization Preparation of blueprints for implementing the project Implementation of the project Validation of report requirements Validation of any changes in customization Providing training to end-users Addressing day-to-day queries of end-users Enhancement of SAP for end-users based on requirements Tasks: Attend meetings with the client Gather information on current business processes and prepare documentation Gather information on business requirements and prepare documentation Data mapping: mapping source data elements to target environment Gap analysis: identifying gaps between As-Is and To-Be processes Document requirements gathered during workshops (Business Blueprint) Conduct functional and integration testing Configure global settings and enterprise structure settings Prepare end-user training documents Provide hyper-care support Desired Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP experience supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Management Accounting Capacity to understand client business processes Experience in FI integration with MM, SD, HR, PP, and PM At least 2 full cycle SAP implementation projects, including support projects Ability to perform multiple tasks and manage expectations simultaneously Personable Attributes Flexible to work in shifts Good communication skills About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion global leader in business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
