Your responsibilities will include:
Providing functional support for Merchandising systems, resolving issues, and identifying enhancement opportunities.
Cooperating with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze system requirements for improvements.
Supporting product maintenance, pricing strategies, order management processes, and replenishment functions through system optimization.
Aiding in the development and enhancement of automation solutions to streamline Merchandising workflows.
Conducting system testing, validation, and user training for new enhancements and implementations.
Collaborating with vendors and internal IT teams to manage system upgrades and integrations.
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within our Merchandising applications.
Providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance system performance based on business needs and industry best practices.
Documenting system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Working alongside cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Retail Merchandising Systems, covering procurement, product lifecycle management, pricing, order management, and replenishment processes.
6+ years with ERP, Merchandising, or Retail Management Systems (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
6+ years managing system enhancements, testing, and user training.
6+ years of experience with system integrations and API configurations.
Strong understanding of Merchandising business processes and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis for troubleshooting and process automation.
4-6 years of knowledge regarding cloud-based merchandising solutions.
4-6 years familiar with healthcare-related products.
4-6 years using automation tools and scripting languages.
Education:
A four-year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or Retail Management.
Master's Degree (MS or MBA) is preferred.
