Job Description Summary:
Observes the activities and projects of the department. Meets with management and other staff members in a specific department to learn about their variety of tasks including projects, special events and daily activities. May participate in an associate's work in order to meet learning requirements as outlined in education plan provided by school degree program.
Responsibilities And Duties:
1. Project Participation: Interacts with management and other staff on various projects and work assignments as designated in individual education plan. 2. Information Gathering: Provides assistance to staff by gathering pertinent information to complete a project or task assigned. Information is gathered from internal and external sources such as the Internet. Responsible for compiling information gathered into a presentation format. 3. Observation: Pursues understanding of various jobs and projects by observing teams and individuals.

High School or GED (Required)
