JOB DETAILS: Job Purpose To serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and supporting administrative functions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Handling all incoming calls; Managing Public requests as appropriate; Registering and directing visitors to appropriate offices; Handle administrative support tasks; Maintain a clean and organized front desk area; Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications A Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial and Office Administration from a recognized institution.
A certificate in Customer Care or Front Office Management; or Leisure and Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
