Location:SM Clark Pampanga Angeles City Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a Call Center Representative to manage customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, capable of resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.

Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and concerns.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.

Meet individual and team performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction). Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures as needed.

Stay up-to-date with product updates, services, and company policies.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Proven customer service or call center experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

At least 6 Months BPO Experience Work Environment: Rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays (if applicable). Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
